Bright double unfurnished room

I'm looking for a kind, considerate, tidy cat friendly person to share a two bed home with. The room overlooks a lovely garden in a leafy cul-de-sac next to the Beverly Brook.

The bedroom is unfurnished, so perfect if you have some of your own furniture. The rest of the house is furnished but there is space if you have a few of your own pieces of furniture. There is a sunny shared lounge and a private back garden perfect for braais(BBQ's) and a touch of gardening if you fancy. There is off street parking and a shared garage for storage. Rent is £850pcm including bills (which can be decreased slightly) and a deposit of £675.00. References will be checked by the landlord.

New Housemate Preferences:

My ideal housemate will be friendly, clean and kind. They would have a well rounded life and keep regular hours. They must be fully employed and want to share a happy home without rosters and rules, just simple consideration and thoughtfulness.
The most important thing is that you must be a cat lover🐈 as you will be sharing with a lazy older ginger cat who requires multiple staff members to meet his needs!

Current Housemate!

You will be sharing with a 47year old South African/ British female. I currently work 4 days/week and am very social and have a good network of friends nearby. I love spending time at home listening to music, baking, trying out new crafts and hobbies and gardening. I can also be found trying not to fall off my paddleboard on a sunny day lol!

Motspur Park station is a 4minute walk away. It is 10 mins to Wimbledon by train, 25mins to Waterloo and a 5min drive to the A3. There is a Tesco Express a 10min walk away and a small high street with a post office, butcher, fresh fruit and veg shop and a fab pub.
