Single bedroom to rent in shared family home which will come furnished with a bed with drawers, desk and chair when moving in. This is a four bedroom house with one bathroom and kitchen.
Household consists of myself (female), my two children (daughter and son), and one tenant (female). My son is currently at university so is not living with us but occasionally comes over during weekends.
This property is roughly 5-10 minutes away from New Malden station by bus (or 15 minutes by walk). It is about 20-25 minutes away from Kingston University.
Students are welcome and females are preferred.
Rent is £550 pcm with bills included.
