Unfurnished double room and sharing extra space

This double bedroom is unfurnished and the potential tenant will also have access to sharing the space of the smaller bedroom on same landing to hang laundry up or clothes or a fridge , sofa etc. All bills are included. EE tv box is already set up in the room. The room is on the first floor at the back of the house facing the good sized garden. There is also a shed at the back for extra storage, a loft and a cupboard under the stairs. We are a couple with two cats and two NOT YAPPY Chihuahuas. Upstairs our good friend has his bedroom and access to the spare room which is shared between you. We are five minutes walk away from the station and post office and local shops and of course the very popular local pub. The park is a one minute walk away. We would like the new tenant to move in on the 20 th of November as that is when the monthly rent is due. . We are a quiet household clean and tidy. We like to keep the energy bills down so we are looking for someone who is kind, professional quiet , tidy and is mindful about energy usage. The bills include council tax, broadband, tv box , Netflix, gas and electricity and water. Everyone is very friendly and we have a lovely harmonious household.
