Who We Are:
We’re two females, aged 34 and 35, both working full time and living locally. We’re looking for a clean, friendly housemate who wants a comfortable, relaxing place to call home. We’re happy to spend time together, but equally respect each other’s space and privacy.
Location & Transport:
* 10 minute bus ride to Kingston
* 10 minute drive to Richmond Park
* 10/15 minute walk to New Malden Station
* 20-25 minute bus to Wimbledon (with a quick 6-minute train ride)
* 24 minute train to London Waterloo
* Bus stops in both directions just a couple of minutes away
Nearby Amenities:
* Aldi supermarket
* Shops and restaurants
* Post office
