This advert is for Females only!. So, I have 1 double room available in a 2 bed flat share (furnished or unfurnished for your preference) the room is priced at £800 with an additional £50 towards bills. The flat has an open plan Kitchen and living room, and 1 bathroom which has a shower and bath.

10 minute bus to Kingston
10 minute drive to Richmond Park
15 minute walk to New Malden Station
20/25 minute bus to Wimbledon, 6 mins on train
24 minute train to London Waterloo

About me:
For clarity I am the live in Landlord and the 2nd bedroom is mine! I have lived in house shares all over South London so I understand every feeling and struggle that comes with it! 😂 I am 34 years old, no kids or pets! Work full time and have Lived locally for the past 7 years.

I am looking for a clean and friendly housemate that is looking for somewhere to relax and treat as their home. Happy to sit together in the evenings but would also like to respect each other’s space and privacy.
