Water bill and half of the electricity bill is included in rent, rest will be covered within 50 quid.
Looking for working professionals and/or students who do not make much noise( occasional get togethers are okay, if you do not disturb others living in the house).
1 box room available with a bed and amenities like a bulb, a socket, an almirah and curtains, perfect for a scholar.
1 double room available for any variety of people, it is a big room with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
You will have to renew your lease after one year.
For the box room, short term let's for a minimum of 3 months can be arranged.

House has heating and very tidy bathrooms and a beautiful garden maintained by the two women living there since last three years.
Complaints will be taken seriously.
