Raynes Park train station is a 13 minute walk, New Malden station about a 30 minutes walk. 131 bus just outside the property.
Current flatmate is leaving at the end of our 2 year contract( 8th of Oct, we can be flexible about move in date just no later than the 8th).
I am 34, work 5 days sometimes 6. Don't work from home, would prefer someone with a similar work pattern. Someone clean, responsible, respectful, nice and sensible. I have an elderly cat, he will mostly be in my room when I am not around. You would need to make sure he is not accidentally allowed out as he is an indoor only. Anything else pertaining to my cat is on me. No more pets though.
Council tax band C.
One of the wardrobes and the chest of drawers belong to the landlord and will most definitely be there. Could also consider fully furnished, subject due to discuss with current flatmate.
