Lovely , peaceful room/s available

We are a professional friendly quiet household looking for the right person to share this lovely house and gardens. About three minutes walk to Motspur park train station, two minute walk to the village high street which has a post office, restaurants, supermarket and large pub. The available room is upstairs overlooking the front garden and cul de sac, it is unfurnished . It is a double bedroom. The parks are two minutes walk away and it is a very quiet street with no heavy traffic . There is also a huge loft space for storage. The galley kitchen is shared and half conservatory is shared. We have two cats and two chihuahuas. They are not yapping dogs and the cats stay downstairs . No animals go upstairs.
We are looking for someone who works during the day, is professional, quiet, clean and considerate of others. The bathroom is shared by three people. There is a cleaning rota.
