Flatmate is moving abroad permanently :( . 7 min from New Malden station. 2 Bedroom flat with living room, 2 Bathrooms (1 with a shower, 1 with a bathtub).

- 1 single bedroom (Can fit a double bed with night stand - but no room for a workstation desk if so)
- Open plan Living room/Kitchen (where my flatmate currently has his workstation)
- 2 Bathrooms (1 with a shower, 1 with a bathtub)
- Bills not Included - electricity, gas, water, internet, council came out to £180 total per person per month averaged over the summer months
- Dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob

- Communal garden
- Council Tax Band - D
Bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and night-stand.
The Landlord prefers to sign 1 year contracts.

I'm a software developer working in the office four days a week. I am currently practising beginner gymnastics but thinking of switching to Dance :).
I'm interested in board games, learning languages, video games and music (though it has been a long time since I last performed lol).
I'm sad to see my flatmate of 5 years leave but I hope we may build at least a friendly rapport together.

I would like to keep the cleanliness to a similar standard as the photos (which I took in July after 1 year of living here).
There is plenty of fridge and freezer space :) and we are 5 min away from a Sainsbury local and 10 min away from a large Waitrose.
I keep my desk in my room, so if you need a desk we could put yours in the living room, or swap out the double bed for a single bed.
I have not lived here for very long but statistically this area is a very safe place to live, and I have no qualms about walking about at night.
