We do not require a security deposit, we just need £50 for the key deposit, this deposit is refundable; once you vacate the room, and the keys are returned to us, the key deposit shall be returned.
Once the holding deposit of £250 is paid, you will be asked to send your documents by email.
You will then be required to visit our office, after referencing has been passed, to complete the following payments:
The first month of rent, plus the key deposit.
a one-off payment of £250, which will contribute towards utility bills, for the entirety of your stay.
After the third month, if you choose to continue on a rolling contract, no further utility payments will be required.
We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them; they are offered simply to maintain our standard.
All flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful, and we are keen to keep the household to the same standard.
