Look for potential house mates

This advert is for 2 potential house mates in a 4 a bed house which consists of 3 doubles of matching size and one single. The house is located in New Malden just of the main road that leads to New Malden high street, it is a walking distance to the high street 10-15mins, but if you are not big on walking the bus takes about 2 minutes providing there is no traffic jams. So far there is me and a female colleague of mine (she will be in the single room) in the party, looking for 2 more people to occupy the 2 double rooms which a virtually the same in size however one has a built in wardrobe and the other one doesn't, who gets what will have to be on first come first serve basis. There is a garden, a living room and one parking space as I will be taking the other one, but plenty of parking on the street, unrestricted shall you need it. We are 29M and 23F, I work full time, my colleague is a student part time worker. I'm looking for cool and pleasant people, who know how to be considerate and also reasonable in any requests or demands they have. I'm looking to rent the house collectively so everyone is paying their fair share and and we all have equal ownership of the space. I'm happy to deal with the admin however.
