Hi! I’m moving out of my room in a well-kept house in New Malden, and we’re looking for someone to take over from the 22nd of May 😊

• Positioned at the back of the house, so it’s quiet and peaceful

• 3-bedroom house
• 2 bathrooms, so no morning queues
• Clean, tidy, and easy-going home environment
• Shared kitchen and living space

📍 Location
• 15–20 min walk to New Malden & Norbiton stations
• 🚶‍♂️ Just 2 minutes walk to Aldi
• Close to shops, supermarkets, and everyday essentials

👥 Housemates
• Living with 2 other professionals (mixed)
• Friendly, respectful, and fairly chilled
• Everyone has their own routine but gets along well

💷 Rent & Bills
• £700 per month
• Bills NOT included
• Bills approximately £150 (Council Tax, Electricity & Water)
• Deposit: £808
