Lots of food restaurant and cafe 5 mins walk near Motspur Park Station with trains to Waterloo every 15 mins. New Malden station about 15 min walk, Raynes Park Station about 10 mins walk with lots of shops, restaurants, cafe etc. Easy access to the A3. Many buses to Kingston, Wimbledon and surrounding areas.
All England Tennis Association, lots of gyms on New Malden High Street with further amenities. Quiet tree lined street.
