Single room

I am a retired landlord with a couple of tenants currently living at the property. I am seeking a respectful, clean and considerate tenant who would be comfortable sharing the home.

The property is preferably suited to a non-smoking student or working professional with good personal hygiene and a responsible lifestyle. Applicants will be required to provide:

Three months of recent bank statements, with sensitive information redacted where appropriate.
A letter of employment or university enrolment letter confirming current status.
References and any other standard right-to-rent or identity documents required by law.
The successful applicant will be expected to maintain shared areas respectfully and contribute to a clean, peaceful and well-managed household.
