We are a relaxed and friendly household, looking for ONE professional female to this large bedroom. The suitable person must be clean and tidy, like the family cat and respect the mixed culture of the house. We love our own space but we also have the occasional movie night or meal together. The bedroom has lots of storage and gas just been lovingly decorated by the owner.

The property is within walking distance to shops, doctors, supermarkets and other essential amenities. The house is 10 mins walk to Elizabeth Line (Seven Kings) and 7 mins walk to Newbury Park Tube Station, as well as 2 min walk to main bus stop.

You will have access to very large, well-equipped kitchen, a study, a lounge with large screen TV and a spacious garden. There is a downstairs guest WC and a main bathroom with a large bathtub. The bedroom is furnished waldrobe, chest of drawers and 2 ottomans. Yiou will have access to the main bathroom and only she with other female.

All bills included, plus a cleaning service every fortnight.
No pork or beef allowed.
