A large double room with king size bed available. We are a friendly household seeking a professional female to move into the room, the bedroom has been recently beautifully decorated and furnished. The suitable person must be clean and tidy, like cats.

This my family home & not a rental property. We love our own space but we also have the occasional movie night or meal together as we are all real foodies. The bedroom has lots of storage; under the bed drawers; triple wardrobe; 2 ottomans; jewellery cabinet with full length mirror; hanging space behind door and more behind the wardrobe , plus storage baskets on top of the wardrobe. This bedroom and the rest of the home and just recently been lovingly redecorated, and renovated by the owner.

The property is within walking distance to shops, doctors, supermarkets and other essential amenities. The house is 10 mins walk to Elizabeth Line (Seven Kings) and 7 mins walk to Newbury Park Tube Station, as well as 2 min walk to main bus stop.

You will have access to very large, well-equipped kitchen, a study, a lounge with large screen TV (Netflix, Prime plus main channels available) and a spacious garden. There is a downstairs guest WC and a main bathroom with a large bathtub. You will have access to the main bathroom which is shared with the female owner of the home.
