Cosy double room in Norbiton

I’ve got a lovely double room in my flat to rent out. I live right by Richmond Park and close to Kingston Hospital. It’d be perfect for someone working at the hospital, or needing to commute into Kingston or Waterloo. The room is fully furnished and comes with bills included. This is my first time renting a room out so ideally I’d be looking for something short term to see how it goes but open to extending for the right person. I work from home full time so ideally you wouldn’t, but the occasional day when we’re both working from the house isn’t a problem.
