Cosy double room in Kingston

A bit about me: I work fully remotely in marketing, so the flat's usually calm and quiet during the day. Richmond Park is basically my daily sanctuary. I'm out there most days running or cycling, so if you're into the outdoors or endurance sports, we'll get on well. I speak English, French and Spanish, and I've lived and travelled a fair bit, so I'm easy company for anyone from anywhere.

The room itself is fully furnished, with bills included, so you can move in and get settled with minimal fuss.

This is my first time renting out a room, so I'm initially looking at a short-term arrangement to make sure it's a good fit for both of us but I'm very open to extending it long-term for the right person.

Since I work from home, I'd ideally like a housemate who's out during the day (whether at work or elsewhere), though the odd day when we're both home isn't a problem at all.
