Double Room to Rent in Top Floor Flat

Hi! My name is Mandy and I’m looking for a female or gay male flatmate to share my spacious top floor flat in North Harrow. It’s situated directly above The Gym (24 hour), a 1 minute walk from North Harrow tube station with several bus routes right outside the door. There’s also a Costa Coffee downstairs and loads of high street shops on the doorstep. Plenty of secured (free) underground parking for you or your visitors which is a rarity in London as you probably know!

I might be advertising a “room”but in reality I’m looking for a flatmate who will treat the entire place as if it’s their own. You’ll be sharing with me, I’m a longhaul stewardess so am away a LOT which means you’ll have the place to yourself much of the time. I’m really fun and easy going and looking for someone who’ll love and respect our home as much as I do ❤️ I have an extensive bar (perks of duty free! 😂) and love to cook and throw the odd dinner party so would love to share with someone who enjoys socialising, but will equally share the day to day running of it. You’ll be here more than I am so all I ask is that you please keep it clean and tidy, it’s a beautiful immaculate flat with the most incredible sunsets and I’m absolutely certain anyone would be happy, living here. 🥰💕

The room is a double and includes all bills including Virgin tv and Broadband, Netflix, Apple TV, Prime, as well as all mod cons including a dishwasher, ice making fridge/freezer and fully stocked bar. There is also a communal roof terrace for sunbathing and socialising and the neighbours are incredible! It’s a fantastic building to live in.

I just have one tiny no-no I’m afraid though…….. just as you’ll have space to yourself while I’m away,, I do value mine too when I’m home so to that end, I really don’t want to live with someone who works from home, I’m so sorry. 🙏🏼
