Single room £485 PCM

Hi there!

We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our flatshare and we're hoping this is you!

The room is a single furnished room. It is small but it has built in wardrobes (one is a shelving unit inside) but the flat itself has a lot of space. It has a large shared livingroom, large kitchen, and a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. (plus loft storage space if you needed to to store luggage etc so you don't need to worry about it taking up space in the room)
It also has a large terrace area which comes in extra handy during summer.
The room also gets great natural light in the day.
The flat is actually more spacious than it seems in the pictures, and I'm happy to have viewings or even video tours if needed.

The flat itself is really well located, less then 1 minutes walk from North Harrow Station (Met line) and bus routes to all surrounding areas.
Or if you prefer it's also around 20-25mins walk from Harrow on the Hill shopping centre, plus Harrow & Wealdstone/Rayners lane stations for alternative train line options if you need them.

We have really high speed internet (with wifi) and rent includes all bills including council tax/tv license etc, so no surprises there.

We're looking for somebody to keep the friendly atmosphere in the flat going as we all get on really well and we're pretty open and chatty, but of course we also respect each others time and space when needed too. Sometimes we also sit and watch films/have food together/play games etc, so if this sounds right for you, please feel free to contact me.

The room is available from the 15th September 2025, but could be available fornsomebody to move as soon as the 9th Sept.

p. s. Here's a bit of flatmate info for you. I'm a professional cartoon illustrator (I basically do colouring in for a living even though I'm the older one in the flat. This is also the reason that there's some random cartoon characters dotted around in the living room photo). The other flatmates, one works in Digital Marketing and the other is working in Hospitality while studying.
