Available from 1st January onwards, a single room will be available to rent. All bills will be included.

The whole house has been remodeled from top to bottom so everything is brand new, including all new furniture.

The room is furnished with a bed (ottoman under bed storage) and IKEA cupboards for ample storage. There is also plenty of storage in the hallway both upstairs and downstairs too. The remaining areas of the house will be shared with the owner/landlady.

The house is solely occupied by the owner/landlady who is now retired. Therefore only non-smokers and non-drinkers will be considered.

The house has 3 bedrooms, with a large shower upstairs, a cloakroom downstairs, an eat in kitchen, and living room. There is also a private garden which will soon have a table and chairs.

Located right off the A40 Target roundabout, the home is just a 15 minute walk or a 10 minute bus (bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the house) to Northolt (central line) Underground station. Off street parking is also available. Local amenities are a short walk or drive away. Northala Fields park is just across the road!

Ideally looking for a working professional or a student, someone low key. Owner/landlady is very friendly, very clean, very low key, and loves to cook (you are in for a treat if you enjoy Indian food)!

References, deposit, 3 months proof of income, and Passport for ID will be required.
