Entrance, hall, integral garage and shared kitchen / living room with folding doors opening into the garden. You are very welcome to use the lounge, kitchen and garden any time.
First Floor
Main bedroom, study, bathroom and private lounge (I live on this floor, I work as a nurse and medical trainer, I am the live-in ‘’land lady” which makes me sound way too old!)
Second Floor
Two double en-suites. The one overlooking the front is rented to our cousin (male, quiet, 26, lawyer). The room available is at the back, overlooking the garden and trees.

Your room is the nicest room in the house actually! The morning light from large bay windows floods in, but you also have blackout blinds.
There is a double bed with two side tables, a standing set of drawers. There are 3 empty wardrobes in the alcove for storage (hanging and folded).
You have bright spotlights or soft lighting with the lamps for that cosy feel. You have a reading chair, a desk / makeup table with a small chair.
The decent sized en-suite has a rain shower and hair shower, heated towel rack, floor to ceiling tiles with a beautiful large mirror, under sink storage, and a strong ventilator.
AREA/TRANSPORT LINKS
- 10-15 min walk to Northolt Tube station (Central Line, Zone 5)
- 30 mins by Tube to Oxford Street
- On-street parking is free, no permit
- E10 bus stop 1 minute walk stopping at the station / 30 mins to Ealing Broadway, comes every 15 mins

TO ARRANGE A VIEWING
If you’d like to arrange a visit, please send me a DM and tell me a little bit about yourself, your situation, when you’re looking to move and anything else that would help me assess if it’s a good fit for both sides. You’ll also need your passport, landlord’s reference, payslips and DBS certificate before a viewing can take place.
