Spacious Double En-suite, with garden views

I have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom available in beautiful and peaceful Oakwood.
The room itself has a small double bed, a huge full-wall inbuilt wardrobe with loads of storage space, an armchair (not pictured), a vanity desk, and TV with Virgin Media. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and shower. The room has a lovely view overlooking the gardens so it feels very bright and airy inside.
There is a charming local nature reserve and lake just steps away from the property, and loads of larger parks nearby, so ideal for someone who enjoys walks in nature.
The house has a large shared kitchen, and small shared lounge/dining area, and a recently refurbished garden which you are welcome to use.
We are a welcoming household consisting of myself and my brother (but i'm only there for a few months of the year) and two other lovely female tenants. We prefer to keep a quiet and peaceful home atmosphere, so we are looking for a tenant who is quiet, kind, clean and respectful, and who might enjoy a chat in the kitchen every now and then!
One of the tenants in a separate studio room has a lovely and friendly cat which you might see from time to time but it rarely comes inside the main house where this room is.
Note: there is currently a tenant in the room, and she will have all of her stuff in there during viewings. Once she moves out the room will be cleared and original furniture brought back in (picture, but without the big desk).
