R3 bus stop outside of the house runs every 15 minutes with Princess Royal University Hospital, Petts Wood, Orpington High Street on the route. 1 minute walk to the nearest grocery shop and 10 mins walk to the Nugent shopping centre, Pure Gym. 5 mins drive to Orpington High street and M25. The property is located in a quiet and friendly area. Unlimited fibre optic WIFI included in the price. Professionals over 25 years old are preferred. No couples, smokers or pets please. Available on a rolling basis with a month's notice after a min of 3 months for initial stay . I am a living out landlady and looking for very clean and quiet professionals as it is a clean and quiet house, with all tenants respecting the rules and each other.
