Beautiful period cottage situated in a tucked away private road in the conservation area of St. Pauls Cray village. Newly refurbed, modern and a beautiful garden. The area is very safe, well lit at night and the neighbours are amazing and we all communicate with each other. I also have a ring bell and back door camera. I am looking for a house mate wanting to rent a room, having access to the kitchen, dinning area, and bathroom. I am 29, I am out often, very tidy and extremely clean. Local gyms, golf course, national trust land for great walks, great eateries and local pubs.
