Beautiful period cottage situated in a tucked away private road in the conservation area of Orpington/ Sidcup. Newly refurbed, modern and a beautiful garden. The area is very safe, well lit at night and the neighbours are amazing and we all communicate with each other. I also have a ring bell. I am looking for a house mate wanting to rent a room, having access to the kitchen, dinning area, and bathroom. I am 32, I am out often, very tidy and extremely clean. Would love someone fun, student or professional ! Near by stations which take you straight to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Waterloo. There are also bus stops within walking distance.
