Spacious 3 bed maisonette available for short term

We are letting out two of the rooms in our three bed house for 2 months. We will be away in our campervan but the property will be checked by our neigbours and they will be able to help if there are any issues.

We are ideally looking for both rooms to be rented together and happy for couples to live in one room for an extra charge.

All bills will be included except for electricity. A meter reading will be taken before you move in and then after - we will provide you with a bill and this will be deducted from your deposit.

Our home consists of a livingroom and kitchen combined, patio with dining table and chairs. BBQ and Fire Pit with an our door seating area.

The rooms will be full furnished with beds and furniture. Some linen and towels can be provided.
The kitchen also has all utensils, pans, pots, mircowave, cooker, oven, plates, washing machine, blender .
The living room has a TV.
We also have wifi for the whole house.

If you wish to rent a room but would like to have an additional person living or staying you will need to pay an increased fee to help cover bills. This can be discussed if need be.

Although we will not be living in the property our neighbours will check up on the property with their spare key to water plants fortnightly. They will let you know before entering.

Renter would ideally like dogs. We have a shared communal area which you are free to use but our neighbours have two dogs which also share this space.

You will have private access to a patio connected to our kitchen with furniture to sit out and relax but must close the gate as we allow the dogs in and out as we are very fond of them.
