This light and lovely double room (3m x 3m) is fully furnished with a wardrobe, a desk, drawers and a double bed. Bathroom, kitchen, conservatory and garden are shared with one other flatmate (me).

Nice garden to rear. All facilities including fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Harvey water softener.

£800 per month - Fully inclusive of all bills, council tax and unlimited full fibre broadband.

The flat is just 2-min walk to the Orpington High Street and 10-min walk to the Orpington Station, and within easy reach of the PRUH and Orpington Hospital - 5-min walk to the bus stop and then 5-min ride to Orpington Hospital/12-min ride to PRUH.

Orpington Station is with 16-minute service to London Bridge. A range of shops on the street include big Tesco, groceries, pharmacy, takeaways, café/restaurants and cinema.

Very limited free street parking spaces available but no off street parking.

Single lodgers only: no couples or pets please.
