1 large double in sunny Scandi style home

I am looking for a positive and considerate lodger to share my home who is clean-living and a non-smoker.

I’m a 40 yo female professional who has a friendly and playful 16 month old Golden Retriever who lives on the ground floor (so being a dog lover is also essential) :)

I have also just let an en-suite room to a female profesional.

One large double room available (with a shared bathroom with just me) in a large sunny scandi styled home. The room has been recently decorated and is offered as furnished. The room is also suitable for working from home.

There is a home security system and each bedroom has its own lock.

The house has a shared lounge with a wood burner which is perfect for winter and a large garden with lots of seating. Washing and drying facilities are also available.

There is also a large driveway for off street parking which has a security camera.

The house is a 12 minute walk to Orpington train station with fast trains into London (15 minutes to London Bridge). There are also many bus stops close by and the high street is a 10 minute walk. Countryside walks and High Elms Country Park are also nearby.

Students and short lets considered.

I also have a large heated studio at the bottom of the garden which can be rented for business use (such as yoga and pilates).

No children, pets, parties or overnight guests allowed.
