Looking for someone reasonably quiet and respectful who doesn't smoke and loves animals.
I am friendly and chatty but can respect your privacy. my cat is old and sleeps most of the time.
The loft room is a fair size with a single bed/bedside cabinet and other furniture.
The rest of the house is shared, kitchen has all amenities, bathroom has bath, shower, sink and toilet.
Garden has table and chairs plus fishpond which is really relaxing.
Lounge/dining room is large with a lot of seating.
Located in Orpington within walking distance of the high street and easy access to all public transport. There are also shops just across the road as well as a nice park.
