A unique, highly private living arrangement is available for single occupancy in a friendly, creative home. You will have exclusive use of an entire separate landing containing two rooms, creating a wonderful multi-room set-up. The main space is a modest-sized, fully furnished single bedroom featuring a wardrobe, desk, drawers, shelving, and a lovely view overlooking the garden. Directly opposite on your landing is a secondary smaller bedroom, giving you full access to extra overflow storage drawers, a place for your desk or washing. This second room can also be used for occasional overnight visitors/guests strictly by prior arrangement with the owner—a very rare and convenient perk! Please note the property is strictly for sole occupancy.

You will also have exclusive use of your own bathroom (power shower) and toilet located on the adjacent landing (only shared occasionally when a family member/student returns home from university).

The Home & Shared Spaces:
You will be sharing with a friendly, native English-speaking artist/teacher who works from home (family/student visit occasionally). We are a highly social, chatty household who love sharing a cup of tea and a good conversation, so excellent spoken English and communication skills are essential.

You will have full access to:
A smart, modern fitted kitchen with shared use of all kitchen appliances. Your own private fridge-freezer and designated storage space located in the utility room. Two comfortable lounges (available when not in use, or invited by the owner).A piano, plus a huge outdoor decking area and garden to relax in during good weather. Private parking space on the driveway.
