A double room will be available from 14th February 2025. (I know advertising early just want to get plans in place so everything can go smoothly) A two bedroom maisonette based in Orpington. A 15 minute fast train to London Bridge and a 20 minute fast train to Charing Cross. The maisonette is a 4 minute walk away from Orpington station so really easy to get into central London 🥳🥳 ( I tend to work in Canary Wharf and Charing Cross) Also a 5 minute walk away from big Tesco (always needed) 🫣😂 and Orpington high street (shops, restaurants and gyms)

You would have a double bedroom (currently has a king size bed in there) so plenty of space with built in wardrobes and your own car parking space if needed. The room will be unfurnished but everywhere else will be furnished 😊

You would be living with just me. I am 27 and work in banking. Looking for somebody to move in where they can call this home. I love usual girl things like eating out, the gym, bars etc 💕 but also love my chill time too. Looking for someone friendly, tidy and likeminded too move in; ideally for a term of minimum 12 months 🤍

The rent will be £800.00 a month plus bills which are around £150.00. The deposit will be £865.00 and this will go to the landlady who is always really helpful.
