Spare Room to rent Orpington

I have a recently available room which I’m looking to do some decoration over the Xmas period.

There will be an office room available to use, shared kitchen and living area. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. All relevant kitchen equipment too.

It is a double room but There’s currently a single day bed which had been used as a reading room and office before hand.

The house is within 10mins walk of Orpington station. Which although is quite far out is around 15mins to London Bridge on the fast and more numerous trains so Central London is an easy commute.

There are 2 pet cats in the house. But there’s a robot vacuum and there litter box is also robotic so it’s as clean as it gets with pets.

I’ll be looking for someone clean, tidy, courteous. I’m happy for them to be as sociable or not as they like. I am quite content.
