Both the room and the bathroom are situated at the front of the flat which gives you privacy.
I'm looking for a chill flatmate, who doesn't mind a cat. I have one older cat (a ginger boy called beans) who loves people. He does not go into your room or bathroom, he keeps himself in my room or on the balcony

I work from home but am comfortable working in my room or in the communal living room.
I consider myself very laid back and am solely searching for a flatmate to help with the rising costs of living

The front of the flat will be treated as yours and you'll be given all the privacy of that.

The flat comes with a private terrace which you have full access to. The flat also comes fully furnished however I am happy to discuss this further if you wish to move in with some of your own furnishings
