EXCELLENT double room with en suite bathroom available in our beautiful 5-bedroomed home in Locksbottom on the Orpington/Bromley borders (for single occupancy). We live in an exclusive tree lined private GATED PARK (with 24 hour manned security) which is beautiful, tranquil and takes you away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives.

The room is extremely large, and the en suite includes a bath, shower, basin & toilet. The room is furnished to a high standard with plenty of storage (including built in double wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table etc.)

The room is available from 6th October as our lovely consultant has been offered a promotion and is leaving the PRU Hospital. We are a tidy family and are looking to find considerate non-smoking person who will respect our home. We are within a few minutes walk of the Princess Royal University Hospital, so ideal for anyone working there. Alternatively there are numerous bus stops just outside the park which take you to Bromley or Orpington train stations, with fast one stop trains to London, covering Charing Cross, Victoria, London Bridge, Waterloo East, Farringdon, Cannon Street . (Orpington station is 1.9 miles down hill if you prefer to walk!) From Orpington you can also go to Lewisham for connection to the DLR.

For drivers, we are right on the A21 which takes you straight to Junction 4 of the M25.

The kitchen/dinner is the hub of the house, with cooker, American style fridge, dishwasher etc. and a washing machine in the utility room. The kitchen and communal areas are professionally cleaned fortnightly.

Room needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.

We have 3 cats, so you do need to be an animal lover!

The house is equipped with BT WIFI. Bills are included, unless there is a significant raise in the cost of utilities.. There is a small monthly charge for the professional cleaning of your bedroom and en suite.

We have a substantial drive, should you require off street parking, and a beautiful garden to relax in, which again is professionally maintained.

Local amenities include a large Sainsburys supermarket just across the road & a Tesco Extra by Orpington Station. There are pubs, many restaurants, garage, Post Office and lots of other local shops, just outside the Park.

We generally have Doctors who are studying and/or on shift-work, so it is a quiet house which works for us all.
