The Bathroom on the floor will solely be for your use as we have an en-suite in the loft conversion on the floor above.

You will also have use of 140ft garden and sizable kitchen diner, the other rooms of the house will be for the owners use only.

Student Drs working at the PRU are very welcome.

We can supply a reference from previous happy tenants if required.

The room has been thoroughly steam cleaned and disinfected between tenants.

A cleaning lady is available on request for an additional charge.

We are an easy going couple , I am an IT. Technician, our interests include fitness, music, technology and all things geeky Lord of The Rings, D&D, star wars etc.

We both currently work from home and we have two friendly pets, a greyhound and a cat.
