Two Rooms available for 2-3 occupancy in a House

I have a beautiful clean 4 Detached property and letting out 2 rooms for ideally two occupants . I am staying Alone currently and looking for Short Lets until Dec End ideally but can be negotiated .
There would be Shared Kitchen , Hall , Garden , Car Park and a Toilet (Shared only by 3 people including me ) .
No Smoking and also we dont prefer Non Veg food at home . This is in one of the Prime areas of Pinner and 5 mins walk to Northwood Hills Station .
