We have lovely double room available in our clean, comfortable and welcoming family home. The house has a calm and friendly atmosphere and is ideal for someone looking for a peaceful place to relax after work.

We are a small and respectful family who keep the home tidy and well looked after. We are hoping to find someone friendly, clean and considerate who will feel comfortable living with us and treat the home as their own.

This is a quiet family home rather than a party house, so it would suit someone who appreciates a relaxed and peaceful environment.

For comfort reasons, cooking pork is not allowed in the home simply to avoid strong cooking smells. We also prefer someone who is not a heavy drinker.

We want our tenant to feel at home and enjoy living here. The house is safe, friendly and respectful a great place for someone looking for a comfortable and stress-free home.
