Spacious Double Room in Friendly House

Bright and spacious room available in a welcoming home on Kingsway, Ponders End. The house is in a great location — just a 7-minute walk from Ponders End station with easy transport links into London (approximately 30 minutes to Liverpool Street). Tesco is around an 8-minute walk away, with a local gym nearby and the large Cineworld cinema approximately 15 minutes away, making it a really convenient area for day-to-day living.

The room is spacious enough to comfortably fit a desk, making it ideal for anyone who works from home part of the week.

We are looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going lodger who values a calm and comfortable home environment. The house has a friendly atmosphere and would suit a working professional or student looking for a peaceful place to stay.

There are currently two girls living in the property. We’re fairly sociable and friendly, but also appreciate and respect each other’s downtime and personal space.
