Double room in Richmond right by station 🫶

We’re looking for a chill new housemate to join our cosy Richmond home as I’m moving to New Zealand at the end of the year! We’re in a peaceful, residential close that has a handy secret cut-through via a private gate to the station which makes it perfect for commuting.

We love to share our evenings together with tv & dinner but equally have super busy lives so each occasionally have the house to ourselves. We’re all friendly and sociable, but value a peaceful home above everything!

We have a cleaner every two weeks (included in rent & bills) and are very diligent tidying & cleaning up after ourselves as we go - and we’d like to keep these standards high. We’re pretty chill about sharing and like to help each other out where we can.

Rent and bills is £960 per month which also includes household bits, the cleaner, and Sky TV including Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max. On-street parking is available via a permit you can buy.

We’re quite creative in our professional lives with roles in marketing, development, and tv production. We’re open to anyone from any background who is easygoing, respectful, and looking for friends as well as housemates :)
