This is our family home and we have x2 kids.
We will consider a quiet, responsible, organised and clean person. We are looking for someone that needs a quiet, welcoming and friendly environment to live in.

We keep our house very clean, organised and well looked after. We have cleaner coming to look after the house so not much taking care needed although normal rules of cleaning after yourself applies. Kitchen is always sanitised and clean.

No couples or families, no single mum's or dad's with children. We only accept a single person.

Minimum rent term 6 month's, ideally we are looking for someone for long term rent.

We are owners living in the house, looking after our environment very well and expect our tenants to do just the same and be respectful towards home and our family.
