The property is in a quiet, upmarket close in Romford. You’ll share a bathroom with me, your friendly female live-in landlord.
Who am I?
I’m Esohe - 38, friendly, down-to-earth and easygoing, and I also work full-time in property. I’m looking to share my home with like-minded women who are respectful, super clean, and after a calm, welcoming place to call home.
The house has been recently renovated, so everything is modern and fresh. There’s access to a sizeable garden and a private driveway with off-road parking (should you have your own car).
A bit more about me - I’m big into fitness, health and meal prepping, fashion and cooking, and I love travelling and having a good laugh. That said, I also value my downtime and personal space, so I’m keen to live with people who are sociable but also considerate and independent.
Who I’m ideally looking for:
Working professionals
- PhD students or NHS staff on shifts
- Tidy, respectful, easygoing individuals
- Someone who wants to treat this as their home, not just a room rental
