I’ve got a spacious double bedroom available in my 2-bedroom house, just a 5-minute walk from Romford Station. The location is super convenient — close to a major shopping complex, local parks (great if you like running or walking!), the gym, hospital, and all the usual shops and amenities.

A little about me: I work in social care, and when I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym, involved in fundraising, or off travelling when I can ✈️💪🌍. I’m a young professional, mostly out during the day, and I like to keep the house clean, tidy, and relaxed. You’d also get to meet my friendly dog, who’s around 2 days a week 🐶.

The house has a modern kitchen, cosy lounge, bathroom, and a lovely garden to enjoy. There’s also space if you need to work from home.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful — perfect if you’re a student or professional, especially if you’re quiet or work nights.
