We are going travelling for six months and are looking for a friendly, clean and respectful person to rent our lovely double room while we are away.

The property is a comfortable, peaceful home with all the usual facilities available. The room is a good-sized double, offering plenty of space to relax and feel at home. It is ideal for someone looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay rather than a busy house share.

Our son will be living at the property during this period, along with one other tenant, so there will be three people living in the house in total. The atmosphere is relaxed, quiet and respectful, and we are looking for someone who would appreciate the same.

You will have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom and other communal areas, with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

The room is available for approximately **6 months** while we are travelling.
