(Just in case you have any pet allergies- one super friendly cat living in the house).

We have one Loft Double room to let.

Room Has:
Single / Double sized bed (this will be set to your preference) for your comfort.
Chest of draws and Large Cupboard and some extra storage. Flat screen TV, roof window and comfortable amount of space for a single person! This is hands down the cosiest, most relaxing room in our house. We used to use it for meditation because it’s just bursting with warmth and comfort.

Please be so kind to check the locality on the amp and study our are if you are not familiar with collier row or Romford. Make sure you check where the station is where the shops are, local travel etc, whatever is necessary and important to you, before you come for a viewing.

It is very much important to note that, this is our family home and we have x2 kids.
We will consider a quiet, responsible, organised, respectful and clean person. We are looking for someone that needs a quiet, welcoming and friendly environment to live in. Someone that ones to relax at home after busy day and enjoys his own privacy.

We keep our house very clean, organised and well looked after. We have cleaner coming to look after the house so not much taking care needed although normal rules of cleaning after yourself applies. Kitchen is always sanitized and clean.

No couples or families, no single mum's or dad's with children. We only accept a single person, professional individual that is looking for space where to rest, focus and restart his energy.

Minimum rent term 6 month's, ideally we are looking for someone for long term rent. As this is our family home we do not accept shprt term rent. We are looking for a person that we will be able to trust and share our home with.

We are owners living in the house, looking after our environment very well and expect our tenants to do just the same, be respectful towards home and our family.

Minimum x4 weeks deposit and x1 months rent in advance.
