I have a furnished double bedroom in a 3 bedroom house situated in a cul de sac. A ⁴quiet residential area ,10 minutes walk to chadwell heath station (which is on the elizabeth line)and 5 minutes walk to buses to romford, ilford, Barking,
Sainsburys ,local shops, dentist, GP, restaurants, post office, pub, and a few yards from st. chads park. The double room has a double bed, a large desk, chair , double wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. The house is spacious throughout. There is a sitting room through dining room with tv and a new fully fitted equipped kitchen with breakfast bar / TV sunlounge, beautiful garden with garden furniture, off Street parking and wifi.
