A beautiful and well-lit bedroom is available in a flat suitable for a mature student or professional.

The room is equipped with a brand new office desk and chair and super fast wifi. In addition, plenty of storage is available through an in-built wardrobe and under bed storage.

You will be sharing a separate self-contained kitchen, bathroom, and large vintage-themed living/dining area with myself (live-in landlord).

As a creative video professional, I strive to create a positive and homely environment that fosters good vibes and community, including movie nights.

My personal interests include bouldering, running, hiking, art exhibitions, meditation/spirituality, volunteering with young people, and live music. On occasion, we enjoy film nights via our projector as well as smoothies and air-fryer creations.

This location offers the best of both worlds, as it is located in the side of the borough of Hillingdon that borders Harrow/Ealing, providing a beautiful and quiet suburban environment within easy reach of the city.

The village high street is across the road from the property, where independent cafes and plenty of local supermarkets are available.

The property is a one-minute walk from the metropolitan/piccadilly line tube, with direct access to Baker Street in 30 minutes.

Also ideal for anyone working in TV / film and going to pinewood / warner bros and studios near uxbridge or just outside of London. Or a student at Brunel University. Hillingdon hospital , Northwick Park hospital. Also great for anyone studying at Westminster University Harrow campus. Close to Wembley.

Free and safe parking is available just a five-minute walk from the property.

The rental period is ideally between two and 12 months, although short-term lets are also considered.

Longer terms can be negotiated and extended, but this is subject to my discretion. If the situation changes at either end, please be courteous and provide at least one month's notice.
