The Financials & Terms
Rent: £915 per calendar month.
Bills Included: All standard utilities, super-fast Wi-Fi, and a proportional share of Council Tax (Band C) are fully covered in the rent.
Not Included: BBC TV Licence/iPlayer.

Consideration: Mindful of noise and respectful of shared boundaries.
Strictly Prohibited: This is a 100% drug-free home. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
