🏠 Delightful Single Bedroom For Lodger

A bright, fully furnished room is available in Eastcote (Zone 5) for a respectful and tidy lodger. You will be sharing the flat with me, a live-in landlord, under a standard UK Lodger Agreement.

The Financials & Terms

Rent: £795 per calendar month.

Bills Included: All standard utilities, super-fast Wi-Fi, and a proportional share of Council Tax (Band C) are fully covered in the rent.

Not Included: BBC TV Licence/iPlayer.

Duration: 1 to 3 months ideally, with the potential to extend based on mutual agreement. I will also consider weekly arrangements at a different rate.

Notice Period: 2 week notice required from either party.

Move-in Date: To be confirmed after a successful viewing.

Ideal For: Professionals working at Pinewood or Warner Bros studios near Uxbridge. It is also perfectly positioned for staff or students at Brunel University, Westminster University (Harrow Campus), and Hillingdon, Northwick Park, or Mount Vernon hospitals.

The Ideal Lodger & House Rules
Because this is a live-in landlord arrangement (and strictly NOT an Assured Shorthold Tenancy), mutual respect for the space is the priority.

Cleanliness: You must be naturally tidy, cleaning up immediately after using the kitchen and shared bathroom.

Consideration: Mindful of noise and respectful of shared boundaries. No guests and or overnight stays allowed.

Strictly Prohibited: This is a 100% drug-free home. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
