Conviently located double room

We have one double bedroom available to rent in a recently renovated duplex in Ruislip. The duplex has two toilets and separate living room and kitchen with your own under-counter fridge/freezer. Location-wise, it is ~10 minutes walk to Metropolitan, Piccadilly, Central lines, Chiltern Railways, Ruislip high street and a large Waitrose. It is a very safe and quiet area, with plenty of free parking. There is a communal garden with lots of fruit trees.

The room has been recently renovated, comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe, table, bed and mattress. Rent is £800/month, with all bills included, suitable for single occupancy only, but happy for your partner to visit occasionally.

You'll be sharing with myself (42M) and my partner (33F) as part of a live in landlord arrangement. We are both working professionals who work in healthcare and IT.

We are looking for someone with common sense and decency when living in shared spaces (eg. not leaving your dishes in the sink for days on end, willingness to take part in a cleaning rota). We are quite introverted and this would suit someone looking for a quiet and relaxing home.

The room is available from January 2027, as it is currently occupied, but happy to arrange viewings now.
