Thanks for checking out my advert. I have a double room to rent in a duplex (flat across two floors) in Ruislip for £830/month, all bills included. The flat is ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac and close to amenities: It is ~10 minutes walk to Ruislip station (Metropolitan, Piccadilly line), West Ruislip station (Central, Chiltern railway), a range of bus routes, as well as a 10 minute walk to Ruislip high street and a large Waitrose. The postcode is HA4 7EQ.
The flat's layout is as follows: On the top floor, two bedrooms (each has in-built wardrobe) , one bathroom + another separate WC. On the lower floor, a living room and kitchen (with a dining table). There is free parking in the area.
The flat is newly renovated. This will be a live-in landlord arrangement, and you will be the first person to occupy the room since it has been renovated. You'll be sharing with myself (40M) and my partner (31F). We like to think we are quite laid back and quiet; we are not party people and we work long hours. Looking for someone who is respectful and just has common sense and decency when living in shared spaces (e. g cleaning up after self, contributing to cleaning rota etc).
The room can be provided furnished - with a choice of a single or small double bed and if you need any other furniture, that can be discussed.
