Downstairs you will have use of the kitchen and all white goods and access to the garden and off street parking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property.
Nearest tube station is a 5 walk. South Ruislip Station has the chiltern line train to Marylebone in 15 minutes and central line tube that takes you directly into central London in 30 mins
Great access to the A40/M40/M25 if you need to get on the major roads. 15 mins to Heathrow Airport
No pets or bad smells.
Very clean household as we have a weekly cleaner for both floors
