The room has a **double bed and mattress**, new flooring, fresh paint, and views over the rear garden/greenery. New blinds will be fitted before move-in. Apart from the bed, you can furnish the room however you like.

You’ll have full shared use of the **large living room, kitchen and bathroom**, plus your own fridge/freezer space, kitchen cupboard and bathroom cupboard. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and electric hob.

There are also **communal gardens, free street parking and garage storage**.

The flat is around an **8-minute walk from Ruislip station** for the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, with West Ruislip also nearby. Waitrose and Ruislip High Street are within easy walking distance.

I’m 28 and work full-time in marketing/property, entirely from the office. I’m into climbing, gym, Magic: The Gathering, anime and other nerdy stuff.
