The house has 5 rooms , one bathroom with bath and shower,2 toilets, one separate shower room, double glazing, gas and electrical safety certificates, alarm, CCTV , garden with BBQ and furniture, a shared kitchen and living room including a summer conservatory. We have two small and really friendly dogs , so this is just for someone that it’s ok with dogs

Double room on the ground floor, has a big wardrobe, double bed, desk with chair and mirror. This room comes with your own shower but it’s not en-suite.

We are clean, tidy, no smokers and expect the same from future flatmates.

All bills are included, including super fast internet ,,council tax, gas and electricity, Water, Tv License, waste collection. There it’s extra charges for cleaning lady.
