Room for Rent at HA2 8TT – 20 Minute Walk from South Harrow train station and Northolt train station

We have a ground floor room available for rent, located just a 8 minute walk from South Harrow Asda.

Room Features:
- personal underfloor heating
-Spotlights
-Double bed (currently without a headboard)
-Wardrobe (which replaced the right-hand side drawers shown in the photo)
-Desk
-small fridge in the room but there is also a shared freezer in the kitchen.
-own microwave in the room

Bathroom:
-Your own walk in shower outside the bedroom.
The toilet may be used by us on rare occasions.

The rent is £800 per month, OR £900 if it’s a couple, with bills included. However, this may need to be reviewed if utility usage is significantly higher than expected. For example, with previous tenants, our gas and electricity costs were around £131 per month, whereas with the current tenants (couple), usage increased substantially and the cost rose to £266 per month.
As a result, the current rent was adjusted to £950 per month to help cover the increased utility expenses. We would, of course, discuss any such changes openly and fairly if they ever became necessary.
