Double room female preferred

AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER 2024. I have a lovely warm large size double room to let in a 4 bed 2 toilets, semi detached house with a garden. This is in reach of Tesco, underground station and laundrette. Bus stop is just outside the house. The room is airy and warm. There is double bed in the room, a chest of drawer and a glass cabinet. Communal access is to the kitchen and dining area only. The property is well kept throughout.
There is a £5 weekly charge for use of tumble dryer.
We prefer a prefer a female or 2 females, as we are are a household of females, a mix of students and professionals, we are super respectful and friendly and respect each others space. We adhere to a cleaning rota that is fair and well distributed. We welcome a friendly, mature female who is like minded. Alternatively we will also agree to 2 single females at £500 per person. We will not be agreeing to viewings unless we have a telephone conversation to see if you will fit in to the house hold. We want you to be happy too and do not wish to waste anyone’s time by just agreeing to viewings. Thanks for understanding and happy searching:)
