Female preferred – our cat is extremely shy and responds much better to women.

We are offering a bright double room with access to a private bathroom in exchange for approximately 8–10 hours per week of light cleaning and occasional cat sitting while we are away on holidays.

We are a friendly vegetarian couple living in a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a large lounge and garden.

About Our Cat & Household

Our cat is very nervous and easily frightened by unfamiliar people, so this home would best suit someone calm, gentle, and understanding of animals.

For this reason:

No visitors permitted
Single occupancy only
Female preferred

We are also a vegetarian household. As the kitchen and living area are open-plan, no meat or fish may be cooked or prepared in the house. We also prefer cooking smells to remain mild, so this may not suit someone who regularly cooks very spicy or strongly scented foods at home.
